Job description

Associate professor in Health psychology at the research group of clinical psychology.

Supervises PhD, master and BA-students. 

Research areas of interest are psychiatric epidemiology of physical acitivity and mental distress among adolescents, family members of individuals with an alcohol abuse disorder, alcohol use and sleep problems in the general population and potentially traumatic events experienced in childhood or adulthood.

    Alcohol use and sleeping problems, sleeping problems and sleep duration and weight issues, offspring and partner effects of alcohol use, physical activity and depression among adolescents

    Teaching

    Teaches health psychology subjects, in particular regarding addiction and stress.

    Supervises PhD-students and students with the master and bachelor program in psychology, as well as students at the professional program in psychology. 

    Uses quantitative research methods.
