    Rolf Wynn is a medical doctor, a full professor of psychiatry and head of the Psychiatry research group at UiT The Arctic University of Norway. He was awarded a ph.d in English linguistics in 1998 (University of Bergen) and a ph.d. in medicine in 2004 (University of Tromsø). In the period 2007-2018 he was a full professor of telemedicine and e-health. He has worked particularly with health psychology and digitalization and has published more than 300 scientific articles. He has been cited more than 17.000 times. He has supervised 16 ph.d. students to completion.
