Research interests include regime theory, Arctic affairs, Arctic security, Sino-Russian relations in the Arctic, and interdisciplinary approaches to political research. The current project "Arctic Regime Adaptation to Great Power Competition: The Security Dimension" is supported by the Marie Sklodowska-Curie actions - Individual Fellowship grant.
