Mørkved is currently working as Head of Research and Innovation at Helgeland Hospital.
She is a specialist in clinical psychology for adults, with training and experience in trauma-focused treatment methods such as EMDR and EMDR for psychosis, as well as Narrative Exposure Therapy. Extensive experience with assessments, evaluations, and treatment processes for a broad range of conditions in adults within specialized health services. Experience in teaching stress management, work environment, crisis and trauma management, and trauma understanding.
Union representative and chief negotiator for the Norwegian Psychological Association at Helgeland Hospital.
Her research focuses on trauma, trauma treatment, psychosis, and severe mental disorders, and she is co-leader of the national KIT (Key to Integrated Trauma treatment in psychosis) study. She is also involved in research projects related to the evaluation of the Orkdal model (family admission in mental health care for postnatal depression).
