1st Human Capital of the Nordic Countries Workshop

The inaugural 1st Human Capital of the Nordic Countries Workshop was held on August 21st and 22nd, 2023, in Oslo. Hosted in Professorboligen at the University of Oslo, this workshop marked a collaborative effort among leading academic institutions, including the University of Oslo, the University of Tromsø, the University of Southern Denmark, and the University of Dortmund.

This event brought together scholars, researchers, and practitioners to explore and discuss the dynamic aspects of human capital in the Nordic region. Key topics included the development of databases with automatic transcription capabilities, providing a modern approach to data management and analysis. Participants also presented the status of current research.
