In Co-Re-Co we will facilitate a cocreation process which aims to create collaborative competence enhancement in close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders. The project aims to develop and small-scale test a rehabilitation competence program, which serve as an integral part of the RehabLos rehabilitation model for community integration for people with ABI. This current study mainly targets physiotherapists in municipal services, however, the emphasis on cross-professional and integrated care models also includes stakeholders from research, educational, health care services, social services and patient associations, who collaborate in both service innovation and knowledge development.
