In the high-voltage laboratory, experiments are conducted on what happens to insulators in the power grid when the voltage becomes high. We have equipment that can generate up to 100 kV, all controlled from a separate control room.
Equipment includes:
- Modulated equipment that can be assembled into different types of standard tests, 50 Hz voltage, DC voltage, and shock voltage
