If you have problems logging into the university's services, you can contact us via the form below.
Checklist before you submit the form
- Check whether you can log in to the following websites (also referred to as password tests).
- Password test 1: https://innsyn.feide.no (username@uit.no + password)
- Used by Canvas, Studentweb, Wiseflow, Minside in addition to many other services
- Password test 2: https://office.com (username@uit.no + password)
- Used by all Microsoft services such as Office 365 and login, VPN and login on computers managed by UiT.
- Look through the knowledge article "KI 0258 - Login problems" to see if you can find the solution to your problem there
- If you are able to log in to our contact form in the TOPDesk self-service portal (For students and employees at UiT), you should not use the form below.

Information about new network solution - Student housing marked * in the list below has a new network solution and, among other things, handles access (username/password) in a different way than before. Applies to: *Forhåpningen, Smørbukklia 1 and Ørnevegen 12 and 56*.
Checklist before you fill out the form underneath
- Check that your computer/mobile phone is updated with the latest update from the supplier (Old network drivers are often the cause of a poor experience of network services, including instability in Teams, Zoom, Games etc.)
- For Windows: Check that you have the latest version of the network drivers from the supplier of the network card in your computer
- For Macintosh, phones and tablets: Check that you have the latest system update from the supplier.
- If the inquiry concerns a poor or unstable wireless network connection: Run https://speedtest.uit.no from a computer or mobile phone located in the area where you are experiencing the problem
- If you have a wireless router in your room/apartment: Check that
- There is light in the status light on the router
- It is connected to a network outlet
