• Complete the Access Request Form.
• UiT's Incoming Exchange Team (mobility@uit.no) will register your name and email address under the relevant exchange agreement.
• You will receive login instructions by email.

1. 🔑 Log in to Nomination Web

• Use your email address as your username.
• Click "Send password" to receive your login credentials.
• Log in: https://fsweb.no/nomination/login.jsf" target="_blank"> Nomination Web

2. 📑 Select the agreement

• Select the relevant active agreement with UiT.
• Click Add new nomination.

3. ➕ Enter the student's information

Please ensure the following information is entered correctly:

• Full name (as shown in the passport)
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Citizenship
• Email address
• Language: Select English
• Semester: Select Autumn or Spring

4. ✅ Review and submit

• Review all information carefully.
• Click Add nomination to submit the nomination.

• You may cancel a nomination if the student has not yet created an application profile.
• For corrections (for example, date of birth), please contact mobility@uit.no.

• You will receive an email from mobility@uit.no confirming each nomiantion you have submitted
• You student will receive an email titled "Nomination for student exchange". to apply
• Please inform your student(s) about the email address you have used to nominate them
