Researcher Sabine Upnere participated in the conference with the presentation "Application of bridging law concept to basalt fiber concrete with OSA - numerical study of mechanical test results". During her presentation, Sabine introduced the conference participants to the ICONDE project and the obtained results in crack modeling. An interesting discussion took place about the importance of short fibers in crack prevention with Professor Konstantin Lurie from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, USA. |
