LINC Project Welcomes New PhD Student Olga Tonkonoha

The LINC project is pleased to welcome Olga Tonkonoha as a new PhD student affiliated with Uppsala University.

Olga brings valuable experience as both a teacher and school counsellor in Ukraine and Sweden, combining practical knowledge from education and psychology with academic research in linguistics. Her work focuses on multilingualism, migration, and the psychological dimensions of language learning and integration. As a PhD Candidate at Uppsala University, Olga’s research will contribute to LINC’s broader efforts to better understand language, inclusion, and integration in multilingual contexts.
