MAACS. SCAR Open Science Conference 2026

The 2026 Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR) Open Science Conference in Oslo hosted a MAACS workshop. This provided an excellent opportunity to develop the previous Micro Arctic Climates (MACS) concept into one for the Arctic and Antarctic. MAACS is ideally situated to engage with current endeavours in the Polar Regions and the upcoming International Polar Year.
