MoU CRIP EISCAT

During the 90th EISCAT Council meeting a MoU was signed between China Research Institute of Radio-wave Propagation (CRIRP) and EISCAT Scientific Association (EISCAT) on a proposed investment by CRIRP into EISCAT_3D.
