EISCAT visited Beijing December 2017

A delegation from EISCAT visited Beijing to discuss the possible collaboration between EISCAT_3D and the International Meridian Circle Program (IMCP) and an investment by CRIRP in EISCAT_3D. The visit was facilitated by Professor Jian Wu, who is member of the EISCAT Council and Director of CRIRP, China Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation. Participants from EISCAT were the Council Chair Professor Hiroshi Miyaoka, the vice-chair Professor Ingrid Mann and EISCAT Director Cr. Craig Heinselman.
