Ipfi Harrold Ravele

I, Ipfi Harrold Ravele, am thankful for the opportunity to participate in the 2024 GLOSCEC Project.

During my three-month exchange at UiT The Arctic University of Norway as part of the GLOBSEC project, I achieved my educational goals while immersing myself in a unique academic and cultural environment. The engaging modules deepened my understanding of international relations and global security studies, enhancing my critical thinking and analytical skills.

Living in Norway contributed to my personal growth as well. The emphasis on collaboration and self-directed learning refined my time management and independence. Interacting with peers and lecturers from diverse backgrounds broadened my worldview and improved my communication skills.

This enriching experience has motivated me to pursue the full master's program at UiT, which requires four more modules and a research assignment. I believe this path will provide the intellectual challenges necessary for my future career in security studies.

Overall, my semester abroad was invaluable, enhancing my academic knowledge and personal growth. I look forward to returning to UiT to continue my studies.
