The migration crisis of 2015-2016 is the largest after the Second World War. Refugees and other categories of people rushed to the prosperous countries of Europe. One of the safest and relatively inexpensive ways was through Russia to Finland and Norway. Thus, Russia has become a transit country for migrants from the Middle East, Africa and Asia. What is the Arctic route, is there any interaction between the migration services of Russia, Finland and Norway? How is the movement of refugees to the countries of Northern Europe?
