Pauke Carlijn Schots

MSc in Biology Pauke Carlijn Schots (NFH) will Friday 24 November 2023 hold her trial lecture and defend her thesis for the PhD degree in Natural Science.

Trial lecture on assigned topic will take place at 10.15:

“What are the mechanisms by which excessive lipids induce contractile dysfunction of cardiomyocytes?” 

Later, at 12.15 she will defend her thesis entitled:

“Calanus oil and its constituents as a therapeutic approach to target obesity-induced metabolic distortions”
