Lead the development of University Library information services at our 10 libraries as well as online. Work with mapping user needs and behaviour in order to improve the physical library spaces. Responsible for coordinating the work on:

• websites
• social media
• exhibitions
• events
• user surveys
• information services in the libraries, as well as by e-mail, TopDesk, chat, and phone
