Job description
As Associate Professor in Marine Business Development, Leadership and Organization at the Norwegian College of Fishery Science (NCFS), UiT The Artic University of Norway I am open for collaboration with industry stakeholders.
Previously I have worked as a researcher at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Management Intuition and Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg in Germany, focusing on Sustainability Marketing and Consumption. I also teach Management and Marketing at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences.
I completed my doctoral thesis in 2014 at University of Bremen with the title "Corporate Culture and Organizational Competence. An Ethnographic Approach". My research areas are Leadership, Management Intuition and Innovation, as well as Consumer Culture and Sustainability Marketing.
At the Norwegian College of Fishery Science, I teach, among other things, FSK-2040 “Sustainable Seafood”.
