Job description

I am studying the adverse cumulative effects of climate change and anthropogenic pressures acting on marine biodiversity and distribution, specifically in the fish and benthic communities of the Barents and Norwegian Seas. I am assessing the status, trends, and drivers of biodiversity in terms of a set of functional traits and examining their links to ecosystem functions and services in a bid to assist end-users make infomred decisions for future sustaibility.
