Job description

POLITICAL SCIENCE;

I am a researcher and lecturer with a strong focus on public policy, specializing in areas such as local politics, local development, and collaborative governance. My work explores democratic theory, innovation in the public sector, and the role of social media in shaping political and administrative processes.

My primary research focus is on municipal reforms, local leadership, and the interplay between politics and administration. Through my research and teaching, I aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of how local governance can adapt to societal challenges and foster innovation to address complex issues. I am particularly interested in exploring how local governments can enhance their capacity to respond to emerging demands through collaboration, adaptability, and strategic leadership.

In addition, I have a strong interest in local communities and their development, with a particular focus on coastal industries such as salmon farming and their role in shaping regional growth. My work is driven by a commitment to advancing knowledge-based solutions that strengthen local communities and promote effective governance.
