Stian K. Kleiven
Job description
I am working with how indirect effects of climate change can impact the marine ecosystem and the aquaculture industry in Northern Norway.
In my Ph.D. project my three planned articles are:
* Growth models for farmed post-smolt to adult salmonids: a systematic review for Atlantic salmon aquaculture under warming and salmon-lice pressure
* How climate change will affect the Northern Norwegian aquaculture industry: Perceptions of climate change risks among stakeholders
* Draft of a climate adaptation plan for the local aquaculture industry in Northern Norway
As a part of the Ph.D. project I will take a secondment on the Faroe Islands.
I belong to the transdisiplinary research school Changing Arctic, and the research groups Climate Change Adaptation and BRIDGE.
