Study programmes

Department of Medical Biology offers the study programs Bachelor in Biomedicine, Master in Biomedicine and Bachelor in Biomedical Laboratory Science. We administer and has reponsibility for the 1. and 2. years of the 6-years medical doctor program, and our academic disiplines teach at all six years of the program. The institute is  responsible for the 1.st year of the study program in odontology, and parts of the 5-year study program in clinical nutrition.  In addition, our academic staff teaches in basic biological topics at most study programs given by the Faculty of Health science. We train future scientists through PhD education in Biomedicine, and offers relevant PhD courses.
