Each year, IFF runs Examen Philosophicum (Ex.phil), an introductory philosophy course for some 1,700 students from a range of university disciplines. This course is offered in person at the Tromsø and Harstad campuses, and there is a separate online version. IFF has bachelor’s and master’s programs in philosophy, and a single-year non-degree program in philosophy. It is responsible also for PhD-level courses on research ethics and philosophy of science, as a part of the High North Academy. PhD fellowships in philosophy are regularly advertised.

SKK offers a digital micro-course on gender equality, a single-year non-degree program in gender equality, and PhD-level courses on feminist methodologies and interdisciplinary gender research.
