EPINOR Annual Meeting 2016

This year’s annual meeting is in Bergen on September 28th, the day after the annual NOFE Conference, which is  arranged in Bergen September 26th and 27th. If you also attend the NOFE conference, you must register to that conference separately.

Funding

Specifications of what is covered by EPINOR

The EPINOR Annual meeting
  • EPINOR will cover 100 % the hotel from Tuesday to Wednesday
  • EPINOR will cover the EPINOR dinner on Tuesday afternoon.
  • EPINOR will not cover drinks under the dinner
The NOFE conference
  • EPINOR will cover the early bird conference fee of 2400, - only. If you register later than the early bird offer you must personal cover amounts higher than 2400, - (NOK). (Support for paid conference fee is only reimbursed if you actually attended).
  • EPINOR will cover 50 % of the hotel accommodation at terminus.
  • EPINOR will cover 50 % of the travel arrangements in relation to the NOFE conference and the EPINOR annual meeting.
  • EPINOR will not cover the dinner 26 September (825, -).

You must cover all expenses yourself and get refund from EPINOR after the conference has taken place. See more information regarding booking and registration for the NOFE conference.
