WARPeD Paper on Pakistan-India Conflict

While much is said and written about the impact of domestic politics of Pakistan and India on their bilateral relations, the paper dwells on the manner in which the changing regional political dynamics have exacerbated the conflict between Islamabad and New Delhi in the recent years. The paper makes reference to the Afghanistan conundrum and the conflicting interests of Pakistan and India in this regard as well as consolidation of Indo-US and Sino-Pakistan relations.
