The ‘Due Regard’ of Article 234 of UNCLOS: Lessons from Regulating Innocent Passage in the Territorial Sea by Jan Solski has just been published in Ocean Development & International Law.
The article looks at Article 234 of UNCLOS through a lens of the practice of sovereignty. It is relevant for the SIRAW project and one of the main research themes of the NCLOS: sovereignty.
Jan will present this article at the Aurora Conference 25th-26th of November.
