Indigenous Peoples, Natural Resources and Governance. Agencies and Interaction

The new book Indigenous Peoples, Natural Resources and Governance. Agencies and Interaction edited by Monica Tennberg, Else Grete Broderstad and Hans-Kristian Hernes, presents research on the interactions between state, Indigenous peoples and industry within and beyond the Arctic. The book is published in the Routledge series in Polar Regions.

The book is based on the work of the project Focal Point North funded the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Section for the High North, Polar Affairs and Resources. Also, the project The Arctic governance triangle: government, Indigenous peoples and industry in change (research grant of Research Council of Norway) has given rise to many of the chapters in this book.

The book is available as Open Access.
