ChatGPT was launched in 2022 and reached 100 millions of users in 2 months. While tools like ChatGPT can be useful in many ways, the models they use and the storage of the huge amount of data they generate require enormous amount of energy and raise ethical dilemmas such as bias, discrimination, inequality, mass surveillance etc
About the seminars: Informal facilitated conversations over lunch with people from across campus that care about sustainability :)
