To ensure that the companies get the broadest and best competence, NHO, NITO and the National Center for Science Recruitment work to get more girls to apply for technology education. 

ODA - Møteplass for kvinner i techODA is a non-profit organization run by voluntary efforts from women in tech - for women in tech. ODA works for increased diversity through network meetings, mentoring programs, panel debates, workshops and other activities. 

EUGAIN - European Network For Gender Balance in Informatics: The main aim and objective of EUGAIN is to improve gender balance in Informatics at all levels through the creation of a European network of colleagues working on the forefront of the efforts for gender balance in Informatics in their countries and research communities. 

ACM-W Europe (Association for Computing Machinery Womens committee Europe)ACM Women (ACM-W) supports, celebrates, and advocates internationally for the full engagement of women in all aspects of the computing field, providing a wide range of programs and services to ACM members and working in the larger community to advance the contributions of technical women.
