An article by M. Madhanakumar et al. is now published in Journal of Atmospheric and Solar-Terrestrial Physics. In the article, observations from the EISCAT Svalbard radar operated in "Fast scanning mode" are combined with GNSS data (from UiB/Oksavik) to investigate the source regions of scintillations in the dayside ionosphere.
