Bård ArntsenBård Arntsen is a Research Director at Sintef Narvik AS where he has worked as a researcher, research leader specializing on concrete durability, maintenance and repair since 1995. He is author and Co-author of about 25 international Peer Reviewed journal papers/Peer Reviewed conference papers, in addition to numerous presentation at technical conferences and seminars. Since 2000, managed several research projects related to renewal and upgrading of concrete structures in general and concrete dams. |

Cosmin PopescuResearcher Cosmin Popescu is working as a researcher at Sintef Narvik and contributing as a team member for DeConcrete research project. He received a M.Sc. degree in structural engineering from Politehnica University of Timisoara, Romania and a PhD in structural engineering from Luleå University of Technology, Sweden. His research focus is on structural assessment of existing structures including non-destructive testing, monitoring, and finite-element calculations. He has been active in several research projects regarding digitalization of inspections in transport infrastructures, strengthening based on fiber-reinforced polymers and re-use of structural elements. Dipen BistaResearcher / PhD Candidate Dipen Bista worked as a researcher at Sintef Narvik AS. He received his Master’s Degree from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway. At present, he is finishing his Ph.D. studies from NTNU. He has participated in several study and research related to concrete, concrete dams and hydropower. Research interests:
