Elias is responsible for Norinnova's commitment to young entrepreneurs and students. He is a civil economist from UiT's School of Business and Economis and has entrepreneural experience from the biotech company Marine Spark X. In Marine Spark X he has worked with everything from idea development and research projects in cooperation with different stakeholders, to market analysis and capital raising.
