Funded by the Research Council of Norway through it's Polar Research Programme (PolarProg), METALLICA will carry out novel and groundbreaking research over three years (July 2023 - June 2026). This project is hosted at the Department of Geosciences, UiT The Arctic University of Norway and partnered with The Norwegian Polar Institute (NPI), Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), The University Centre in Svalbard (UNIS), Lancaster University, and the University of Bristol.
