Partners
The NEEDS has eight partners and four associated partners from six countries. Its Lead partner is the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) Secretariat, locating in Stockholm. Through the CBSS, the project reaches all the organization's ten members states as well as its various networks, for instance the Baltic Sea Region's Civil Protection Network, comprising the competent authorities in this field of the member states.
