Welcome to our newest member - Dr. Zheming Wu
We welcome Zhenming to the SHIPTRACK project. He is an expert in InSAR and will be looking into the problem of tracking liquid levels in onshore tanks using remote sensing.
Dr. Zheming finished his PhD at the Department of Meteorology, University of Reading in October 2022. His focus for the last for years has been his PhD where he tried to monitor the large-scale permafrost melting with radar satellite imagery using multiple algorithms. Alongside that he worked part-time on peatland emission status assessment across Europe in a UK leading remote sensing company in the last year of his PhD, also using space technology. Outside of work he likes hiking and is interested in skiing and fishing.
