Haiying Jia holds a PhD in Finance from Bayes Business School, United Kingdom. Prof. Jia started out as an investment analyst in the finance industry in London in the early stage of her career before joining the Center for Applied Research (SNF) at NHH in 2014 and the Department of Business and Management Science at NHH from 2019. Jia has been a visiting scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2018/19 and a visiting professor at the University of Tokyo in 2022 (Fall).
