NORWEGIAN:
Epidemiologer forsker på utbredelse av sykdommer i deler av befolkningen. Mellom januar/februar 2024 holdes det et EUGLOH-kurs om hvordan helseundersøkelser gjøres på bestemte yrkesgrupper.
ENGLISH:
Epidemiologists research whether diseases are prevalent in parts of the population. Between January/February 2024, a EUGLOH course will be held about how epidemiological surveys are conducted on specific occupational groups.
NORWEGIAN:
Kurset omhandler fagmodulen occupational epidemiology (OE), hvor studenter kan få kunnskap om grunnleggende metodologiske konsepter og aktuelle emner innen faget yrkesepidemiologi.
Undervisningen skjer gjennom en aktiv og studentrettet tilnærming hvor det blir tilrettelagt for å styrke kompetansen innen faget.
Læringsmål
Deltakere kan forvente å bli aktivt involvert i kurset, hvor de skal jobbe i par og små grupper.

ENGLISH:
The course builds on the module occupational epidemiology (OE), where students will be familiarised with the basic methodological concepts as well as current topics of occupational epidemiology via an active and student-centred learning approach. Furthermore, crucial competences for an epidemiologist will be developed.
