“Sustainable Health in Turbulent Times” digital session during SDG conference 2025

UiT the Arctic University of Norway aims to share its novel findings, ideas and discussions on sustainability topics through hosting an online event during Day Zero as part of the SDG Conference Bergen, 5 February 2025.

UiT was lucky to be selected for a digital session on Day Zero as part of the Sustainable Development Goals conference, on 5 February, kl. 11.00 – 12.30, with the overarching topic "Sustainable Health in Turbulent Times". We have 4 presentations that are touching upon different aspects of health and sustainability:

Lilli MittnerArtful Dementia Research Lab - Citizen Science and open arts-based research into aging and dementia, and connection to the SDGs. Associate Professor Center for Women's and Gender Research, UiT.
Margit Hågå – Sustainable clinical dental practice. PhD candidate at the Department of Clinical Odontology, UiT.
Bahar Kucuk – Nutritional and Environmental Epidemiology. Post Doc at the Department of Community Medicine at UiT.
Alexandra Brandt Ryborg Jønsson and John Brodersen: Creating sustainability in the health service. 
Alexandra is associate professor at the Department of Community Health, UiT, and Roskilde University, Denmark.
John is professor at the Department of Community Health, UiT, and Roskilde University, Denmark.
