Ultima Thule
Ultima Thule is the University Library’s collection of older printed materials (primarily dating back to before the 1900s) relating to the High North in a broad sense. The collection includes travelogues, expedition reports, older research work, fiction, maps, Arctic history, portrayals of the Sami people, etc. Literature about Antarctica is also included in the collection.
