I am an associate professor in inclusive university education based in Tromsø. My teaching duties include being course leader for the university's Foundational Course in University Pedagogy where I teach and co-ordinate the course's delivery across all faculties. I also contribute to workshops on inclusion and diversity, sustainability, and learning design.

My research currently focuses on developing inclusive practices and attitudes amongst educators. Participation, inclusion, and diversity with a particular focus on the circumpolar North are central aspects to my work. I am active internationally and am a member of the University of the Arctic and UNESCO/UNITWIN Thematic Network on Teacher Education for Social Justice and Diversity in Education.
