Professor of higher education at UiT The Arctic University of Norway, Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology and professor II at BI Norwegian Business School, Oslo. She has developed and is leading the UITs course/ development program in research supervision and teach diverse courses within higher education. Previously deputy chair of the Norwegian network for University Pedagogic (2009-2019) and member of several national expert groups on digitalization and quality in higher education.
