Key delivery at the Housing Office - SPRING 2023

Finding your way to your dorm

Please take a taxi/airport express bus from the airport to the Housing Office at The Arctic Student Welfare Organisation of Norway to pick up your room key.

Coming late after opening hours? Please book a room at a local hotel or contact the Housing Office at The Arctic Student Welfare Organisation of Norway for assitance in connection with picking up your room key.

Other students (see the Facebook group below) can pick up the keys for you, but we must receive written notice in advance via e-mail, and mark the e-mail "pick-up of keys". The rental agreement must be signed and the deposit paid before you receive the key.

In Narvik and Alta, it can be agreed with the housing office to have the keys delivered in a key box if the key must be picked up outside opening hours.
