Employee in the Section for Research, Education and Dissemination, which is part of the Faculty Administration at the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Works at UiT Info – Health Faculty, which is part of the section and the faculty’s front-line service.

Key responsibilities at UiT Info – Health Faculty include:

Providing guidance and information to students, prospective students, staff, partners, and the general public.
Producing transcripts and confirmations for students, in both Norwegian and English, as well as certifying true copies.
Publishing information on UiT’s intranet, the faculty boards, and the university notice boards.
Responsible for and publishing information/news via the information screens at the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Managing room bookings and lending/rental of poster boards at the faculty.
Administering and lending visitor access cards.
Handling submissions and distribution by agreement (e.g., coursework materials, etc.).
Translating from Norwegian to English.
Participating in various meetings and working groups.
