Programme structure

How is the teaching organized?

TThe study programme is designed as campus studies in Tromsø. Studies and exams can, however, be facilitated online for students who do not live in Tromsø. Attendance is important for both the campus and the online solution.

In order to reach the learning goals, students should expect to work 40 hours a week attending lectures, seminars and studying independently. Most courses include written assignments or oral presentations that must be approved in order to take the exam.

The master's thesis topic can to a large extent be chosen by the student. The student works closely with the supervisor throughout the research and writing process.

Language of instruction

The language of all teaching and examinations is English.
