The students will do the internships in a business or organisation for three weeks during one semester. The idea is that the students (3rd year students) should get the opportunity to contribute on real geological tasks, get an insight in their working methods and experience how you work in a business or organisation in geological sector. The work is unpaid.
Advantages with accepting a student through GeoIntern:
-Access to student work for small scale geological procjects
-insight in and impact opportunities on geoscience educational portfolio.
-increased cooperation and insight in akademic activity and research
-Contact with scientific tutors at the university,
What is needed for your business to give and Internship:
-Physical workplace for a student(s) for 3 weeks during one semester.
-Guidence and introduction of the business for students in internships.
-updated geological challenges that can be solved by students in internships.
