Ancient RNA meeting in Copenhagen

Funded by the Carlsberg foundation, and organized by Tom Gilbert and Emilio Sanchez, the first ancientRNA meeting took place in Copenhagen on the last days of April 2024 and Bastian was invited to give a presentation on the use of microRNAs in ancient RNA sequencing. 

The meeting brought together people working on ancient RNA sequencing of RNA viruses, environmental samples and extinct animals, but also leading experts in technology development of sequencing and chemists.
