NettOpp - a mobile application for adolescents who have experienced negative incidents online
The aims of the intervention are 1) to reduce mental health problems related to negative online experiences or cyberbullying, 2) to increase adolescents coping skills with negative online experiences, 3) to increase knowledge about negative online experiences, 4) to increase the help-seeking behavior of the adolescents, 5) to increase their self-esteem, 6) to increase their sleeping quality, and finally, 7) to reduce negative online experiences.
