Christophe Hillion
Professor of European law at the University of Oslo and visiting professor at the College of Europe
Christophe Hillion is professor of European law at the University of Oslo and visiting professor at the College of Europe (Natolin and Tirana campuses). He writes on the constitutional law and external action of the European Union and has regularly advised European governments (including the Ukrainian MFA) and institutions on those topics. He currently co-directs a research project on the Enforcement of the Rule of Law in the EU (ENROL) financed by the Norwegian Research Council. He is a member of the Advisory/editorial boards of the Common Market Law Review, Oslo Law Review, Ukrainian Journal of European Studies, Brill Studies in EU External Relations (SEUR), Państwo i Prawo, and Anti-Discrimination Law Review.

Kjartan Svaland Tveitnes
Managing Director of the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce
Kjartan Svaland Tveitnes is the Managing Director of the Norwegian‑Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, where he has spent nearly a decade helping Norwegian and Ukrainian partners build trust, resilience, and long‑term collaboration. With a background in political science and strong interest in the region, he has worked internationally across several countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Kjartan brings a deep commitment to meaningful cooperation, a strong belief in Ukraine’s future, and a hands‑on understanding of what it takes to connect businesses, people, and ideas across borders.

Lene Wetteland
Head of the Documentation and Accountability Hub at the Norwegian Helsinki Committee
Lene Wetteland is head of the Documentation and Accountability Hub of the Norwegian Helsinki Committee (NHC). The NHC has cooperated with civil society and human rights defenders in Ukraine and the wider region since 1977. Since 2014, the NHC has documented and analysed war crimes and conflict related human rights violations in Ukraine in the analytical database I-DOC together with Ukrainian organisations. Accountability measures involve submissions of targeted sanction briefs against identified perpetrators, preparation of Universal Jurisdiction cases, cooperation with national and international law enforcement institutions, awareness raising and advocacy. Lene is a political scientist by education, and has 20 years experience from human rights work in Armenia, Central Asia, Russia and Ukraine, with the Norwegian Helsinki Committee and OSCE/ODIHR monitoring missions.
