Job description
I work as a head technician responsible for laboratory safety, chemical and chemical waste handling, student supervision and various areas of laboratory and field based experiment in marine, aquaculture and recirculatory aquaculture systems.
My expertise range from molecular biology (DNA, RNA extractions, library preparation for sequencing qPCR and PCR), ecotoxicology, spectrophotometry, histology, commet assays, flow cytometry and CASA systems among others
